Mcdonald's Sm San Lazaro

I dined at McDonald's SM San Lazaro once and had a pleasant experience. And I have appreciated the service that was good, the place was nice and tidy, and the comfort room was well-maintained. Overall, a satisfying visit.

Its actually good but my neighbor when the time we order here, she received a wrong item delivered in our table by the crew, so its hassle because she have two kids to bring and bring back the wrong item in the counter

Slow service even when it's off-peak. Still a good job to the security personnel who's been carefully observing to make sure that health and safety protocols are being followed.

Number system on the screen obviously is broken yet they still open the screen and cause people to cram over the counter despite the tellers call numbers ready for pick-up. while in line I've heard customers complain.their food like the burger doesn't have an onions, the chicken curry doesn't have its sauce, take outs doesn't have enough cutleries, double cheeseburger with only one cheese. The Mcdo app is offline for earning points yet can still read/redeem some orders from it, which I find very fishy. Back part of the resto isn't clean, floor is sticky and tables are wet. Cockroach crawling over the seat is the final draw to go away. I used to love this branch but obviously it is not taken care by its staff.

Accomodating place to eat, crew are attentive and managers always approachable.
